Message ASAP with questions on availability The space The bungalow is directly next door to our personal residence. However, the entrance is separate and we do not interact with guests unless needed. The bungalow was professionally designed and has been featured in numerous local and regional publications featuring its decor. BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Every adult needs to have a fully verified Airbnb account. This means they’ve supplied a government ID to Airbnb . This can slow down the approval process. Please ask the adults you’re traveling with to setup their Airbnb account and upload their ID. Since we are close to the freeway, the bungalow makes for an easy stop in between these nearby parks. This is the distance from the Bungalow to the following parks: ◼️Channel Islands Ferry 53 minutes ◼️Joshua Tree: 2 hours / 41 minutes ◼️Sequoias: 2 hours / 45 minutes ◼️Death Valley: 2 hours / 21 minutes ◼️Yosemite: 3 hours/ 52 minutes EV CHARGER AVAILABLE Level 2 EV charger now available! Please bring your own cables / adapters. Please message host in advance if you'll need access to the charging outlet. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. No weed. No eCigs. Nothing. There is no exceptions to this rule. If you are a smoker - this might not be the place for you. Even if you don't smoke on property - the smoke on your clothes and body lingers and the bedding requires extra laundry. Smoke stained bedding will require additional cleaning fees. LADDER The main sleeping area (king size bed) is in the loft. Guests will need to climb a ladder to access. Please see the pictures . The bed was custom built and has a beautiful Mountain View. But if guests have mobility issues or traveling with young children - the bungalow might not be suitable. Guest access The entire tiny home is available for you! The front private patio is exclusively for guests. Please Note: The Bungalow is attached to our main home so you *may* hear us. We've used sound proofing drywall and various sound barriers to ensure you aren't disturbed. The entire guest house is private, and the front patio is only for Airbnb guests. We just ask guests don't access the backyard area or park in front of our neighbor's driveway. Other things to note ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE We cannot accommodate early check-in or late departures. We are typically booked solid, and it takes us a while to completely turn the unit over. We wash and disinfect everything, and we need every minute in between guests to ensure things are perfect. Please plan your trip around these times. PARKING Please do NOT park in front of our neighbor's house. EV CHARGING If you need access to the EV outlet, please message host in advance. We will need to move our vehicles to give you access. WASHER / DRYER You are welcome to use the washer and dryer but bring your own detergent if you have allergies or sensitives. Please also do NOT wash clothes and towels with sand. This ruins the washer and is a bummer for everyone. NEIGHBOR INTERACTION Our neighbor has a friendly dog. BUT - please do not feed her! We've had problems with guests putting food through the fence and feeding our neighbor's dog. This just isn't a good idea for SO many reasons. Thanks!
