Whether you want to unwind on the porch, BBQ on the deck, watch a movie in one of the media rooms or play a game of pool in the other, this home offers it all. BLTN features a variety of sleeping configurations. The main floor provides a master suite with a King bed, extra closet space, and a 4-piece (double vanity) en suite bathroom. In addition, prepare your meals in the spacious kitchen with Whirlpool appliances while serving on the island or large dining table while viewing the lake. Gather around the fireplace for an evening of conversation or watch a movie on the 55” TV. The upper level provides a Queen bedroom and Twin XL (with trundle) Bunk room. These rooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. To complete the upper level there is a media room with a 55” TV with a Blu-Ray player. The expansive lower level has additional bedrooms that include another Queen bedroom and a Twin XL Bunk room (with Trundle). Movie watching doesn’t get any better in the lower level with a 65” TV, Blu-Ray player, and BOSE surrounds sound to enhance your movie experience. Not to worry about laundry needs, we offer extra large capacity washers and dryers, and utility sinks. Solar blinds finish off all common area windows, while bedrooms and bathrooms have 2” wood blinds. Additionally, BLTN compromises high-speed Wi-Fi, lake towels, an outdoor seating area, and water toys. Enjoy a short walk to the park, courts, pool, fire pit, or the lake itself. Pets are not allowed at this time. The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay.
