The space I’ve lived in Atlanta now for over 40 years. I work in the nonprofit environmental field. I’ve worked in environment for over 30 yrs., in government and private industry as well as the non-profit. I’m a pretty quite person but I’ve also been know to hold good conversation when engaged. Currently, I am offering rental of 2 bedrooms located on the main floor, where I also live. Each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom. The lower level is not currently available. The bedrooms are available per night, week or monthly. Rent includes, cable TV in common area and wireless high speed Internet. Amenities found within a ½ mile area of the subdivision: grocery store, 2 drug stores, 4 dine in restaurants, several fast food restaurants, salons, spa, banks, boutiques and other retail outlets. Residential subdivision is quite, safe and family friendly. Subdivision includes a community pool, playground and basketball half court. The house is located on the southwest side of Atlanta, just outside I-285. The location is 21 minutes to Hartsfield International Airport and the International Convention Center, 22 minutes to downtown Atlanta and the World Congress Center, and 17 minutes to Six Flags Over Georgia Amusement Park. Subdivision has easy access to the 4 major Metro Atlanta Interstate Expressways; I-285, I-20, I-75 and I-85. MARTA the City’s transit system is located ¼ mile from the subdivision/house. Marta Bus Routes, Cascade 71 and Fairburn 165, connect into the Marta Train system, north south line and east west line respectively, allowing easy access to the Metropolitan Atlanta Area. The bedrooms are ideal for persons looking for a home setting. Sorry no pets or smoking.
