One queen-sized murphy bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and furnished balcony/patio. Complimentary washer/dryer available in the building with community BBQs nearby, beautiful grounds, and access to all the resort amenities. ** You cannot park RVs or trailers at the resort. ** No Smoking Allowed ** AMENITIES MAY BE LIMITED and can change at any time, subject to Marriott's discretion. The pool is currently closed for renovation. Some hot tubs are open. Important: Face masks may be required. Resort Guests enjoy: The Activity Center, Fitness center, community BBQ grills and an outdoor fire pit. An outdoor and indoor connected pool, hot tubs, and sauna/steam room. Complimentary shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village. Your villa will be assigned upon arrival. The pictures are generic and may not exactly represent your villa. Marriott staff will help you with your luggage if needed. This is a family resort so excessive noise, illegal consumption of alcohol/drugs, and smoking are not allowed, and any violation is grounds for eviction without refund or fines. The Marriott resort is surrounded by nature, so you might see wild animals (i.e. bears, elk). Act responsibly and do not approach them. You are responsible for ensuring your own safety. Guest access Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card (with the name matching the name on the reservation) for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0. If not, the front desk can hold your luggage and you can explore the area while they finish cleaning and preparing for your arrival. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort upon check-in. Unit view, floor, and location of the unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for a security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. - Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, except for working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. - All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort. When checking in: Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations: - At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). *Resort Fee includes Activity area access, BBQ grill(s) access, basketball court access, puzzle and board game access, business center access, fitness center access, hot tub access, local/toll-free calls, playground access, pool access, self-parking, tennis court access, volleyball court access, and shuffleboard access.
