Towels and bedding (Bed linens) are prepared based on the number of guests only. 4. This hotel is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation that runs officially. According to Japanese laws and regulations, we need to ask all of our guests to submit their passport photos. For Japanese guest please submit us full name, address and phone number. And please submit us ID card photo or driver license. 5. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform us first since it is not free of charge. 6. Please separate your garbage by categories and put them in the assigned garbage boxes before your check out. In the case that the boxes are full, please put food scraps and raw waste in the box first until they are full and you can leave other garbages such as papers beside the box, since the crows might come if they can smell the food scraps. 7. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. If the cleaning staff notices the smell of cigarettes in the room, we will charge you the cost of cleaning the hotel and removing the smell of smoke, as well as business losses due to the hotel not being able to be used by the next guest. Prices range from 200,000 yen to 2,000,000 yen. 8. If the property in the hotel are lost or damaged, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price. 9. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away. 10. When nearby the listing, take care not to disturb the neighbours.
