Located in a 17th century ancient building, the apt. is internally fully renoveted maintaining its antique structures. It welcomes up to 4 people and a baby. It is in the perfect position to visit Como, the front lake, the museums, enjoy the best restaurants, icea-creams, winebars, cafeterias, as well as to do shopping. All by foot, few minutes walking. The apartment is also very bright and absolutely quiet. The S.Giovanni train station and Como Lago train station are at 10 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop at 3 minutes walking. The marine station, the boat piers, the funicular, the bus station are all at walking distance between 5 and 10 minutes max. Paid parkings are available in the neighboroud area. At request we may arrange a weekly fee for our guests. Adjacent to the living-dining area there is a bright large double bedroom (large Queen bed) with a large closet. Adjacent to the room there is the bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and bathtube integrated, with a window on the roof. Near the apartment entrance, before entering, there is a small storage room with the washing machine. Linen an towels are included, one set per stay per guest. Air conditioning is included, as well as a fully autonomous heating system and guests may set their desired temperature. Netflix is included also. Internet wifi completes the home facilities.
