There are 3 floors total and 2 separate private entrances, meaning parts of your group can have privacy, if needed. The top floor (penthouse) has its own entrance. Pool for your pleasure with plenty of deckchairs and large table next to it, sauna, BBQ grill (fireplace) for cooking delicious meat or fish, table tennis and a running machine for your sport needs amongst other commodities. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests total. Ground floor and first floor can accommodate 10 persons, while the second floor (penthouse) can accommodate 6 persons. Beds are situated in 7 sleeping rooms total. 1st floor has 5 bedrooms and 2nd floor (penthouse) has 2 bedrooms , sofa-bed in the living room and a hot tub on the balcony. Each room has A/C and TV. There are 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a barbecue. There are blinds on the windows which, when shut, eliminate any outside noise so you have silence. This property welcomes pets at no additional costs. Guest access This luxurious villa is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa. There is free parking on the premises for up to 4 cars. The beach is only 130 meters away from the villa. Restaurant just across the road as well. Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends, depending on the month. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible! There is a discount if you make a reservation for 14 nights or more. Other things to note Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal, available only for you as our guests. There is a supermarket for groceries, drinks & food only 5 minutes away on foot and a great restaurant 2 minutes away. Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 21 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.
