Our safe, vineyard estate can host your family and friends for a vacation, a small conference, a celebration, or just a peaceful retreat. The home sleeps up to 16 people, has excellent WiFi & cell service and all modern amenities. We have lovely spots on the property that are great for photos, like our Italian marble gazebo. We provide discounts for longer stays of 28 days or more. Pets are welcome, with an additional cleaning fee. We are a working vineyard so may have events & staff onsite. The space * Overnight accommodations for up to sixteen guests. * An open floor plan complete with kitchen and dining, with wood burning stove and central heat and air. * Three full baths, private master suite, and cozy loft sunroom. * An in-house laundry room and beauty parlor. * Beautiful gardens and vineyard settings. Please note that we do occasionally host weddings and special events that may occur during your stay. These events are held on the lawns surrounding our home. * A large marble gazebo and seasonal creek. * Wifi and excellent cell service. * Dry camping allowed on a limited basis with pre-approval, extra fee applies. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee. Guest access Our guesthouse has 4 bedrooms, a sunroom and a large greatroom/ kitchen combo. The perfect place to gather with friends or family. (Please note the guesthouse is on the second floor -- guests must be able to climb stairs.) There is a designated parking area for overnight guests. For Electric Charging Vehicles, we do have an outlet available outside for your charging convenience. You will need to bring your own adapter. Other things to note **PLEASE NOTE** Our guesthouse is on the second floor and must be accessed via stairs. Our property is a working vineyard that occasionally hosts weddings and other events that may occur during your stay. The lower level of our guesthouse is our vineyard office and there may be staff working or on-site while you are here with us. Dogs are welcomed but must be on leash when outside -- additional pet cleaning fee required. We do have a Ring video doorbell at the main entrance and security cameras outdoors on the four sides of our home for security purposes.
