Newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, and is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils for your convenience. The front-loading washer/dryer can handle any laundry needs. The spacious dining room area seats eight comfortably. Wi-Fi access is available for your use. Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and next to the General Store, Big Jims, the Dunes House and the tennis center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course on either side. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $35/week, $35 per week beginning 9/1/19. Queens Grant allows up to 2 passes per unit.
