The space Casa Marchele is a beautiful 2 bedroom home with a loft that is ideal for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 if needed. There is also a studio apartment, available for an additional price, which is great for 1-2 additional guests. The home has two similar beautiful king bed suites located on opposite sides of the home. One has a private bath, and the other shares the main bath. The loft overlooks the main floor living area. Casa Marchele has two screened in porches with stunning ocean views, one set up for dining, and one is perfect for relaxing with a good book. The views from the full-length main deck are simply breathtaking. A wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the cruise ships pass by or star gaze with a glass of wine in the evening. Relax in the hammock or practice yoga with the refreshing breeze. If you like to cook, there is a well-appointed kitchen with a propane stove. A BBQ, on the lower patio, is also available for you to grill up your favorites. This home is located in the residential community of Turtle Crossing in West Bay. It is a peaceful, friendly and safe area with 24/7 security and easy access to stunning West Bay Beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. Many people in the community start their day with a morning walk, taking in the scenery. Follow this with a nice refreshing dip in the community pool - Morning in paradise! The choices are endless. Casa Marchele will be your home away from home! Guest access Guest are able to enjoy the entire house and community pool. Other things to note ***VERY IMPORTANT*** The kitchen, living area, and the loft DO NOT have A/C. By opening the doors, cooling trade winds flow through the home. As well this area has multiple ceiling and floor fans. There is an A/C in each of the King suite bedrooms. These A/C units will not cool the other areas, only the bedrooms. Accordingly, electricity is monitored, and there could be an additional fee if usage is excessive. We would provide a warning / discuss usage with you prior to any additional fee. Guests are encouraged to remember that being on an island, some modern conveniences are not always guaranteed. The island experiences power outages, which are usually short in duration or, if longer, notice is usually provided. Wi-Fi and TV signals may vary during weather systems. Solar lights, flashlights, and candles are available in the home.
