Historical 1926 Eclectic beach themed decor welcomes guests to the cozy and quaint Hollyhock Cottage.  This coastal one-bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people. Serta imotion adjustable lift bed with a comfortable queen mattress, reading lights w/dimmer, blackout blinds, plenty of pillows & a makeup nook. Also features a separate seating area with a full size sleeper sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom & small dining area. Ground level 460 sq ft. Local coffee, creamer & tea is included, pets welcome. The space *5/19/24 Newly remodeled and painted, new oven, bed, art, decor and curtains. In Seaview, you are within walking distance to the Beach and the 12-mile Discovery Trail, plus great restaurants and unique villages up and down the 27-mile long Peninsula. Less than 1 block from North Jetty Brewery, fantastic locally brewed beer & a favorite stop after a day of playing outside. Family friendly till 6pm. Centrally located in the heart of the peninsula you are 0.6 miles to the Beach entrance, only a 11 minute walk or drive your vehicle on the beach. South of the entrance are tide pools. Visit Cape Disappointment State Park & 3.5 miles to North Head Lighthouse. Additional amenities include Queen bed, makeup nook, full bathroom with shower and tub, full size sofa bed, Pet Friendly, local Long Beach Coffee roasters coffee, Roku with 200+ live TV channels and 1000'S of movies, WIFI, filtered water, board games, beach towels and an antique copper sink. Outside common area includes covered seating under the gazebo and firepit (seasonal) and play the lawn game cornhole with the kids. Best suited for 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 kids. 2 adults on a full size sleeper sofa could feel a bit small. Flowers, local plants and birds abode the *Seasonal* gardens around the property. Built in 1926, this cottage has a ceiling height of 6’8″. In the living room there is a 7-inch- wide ceiling beam with 6’3″ clearance. There are a few outdoor only cameras and some ring doorbell's so you can reach us in emergencies like if you get locked out or your phone doesn't work. Enchanted Cottages by the Sea consists of 4 units. This ground level cottage "Hollyhock" & 3 other cottages. There is a unit above you on the 2nd floor. The other 3 cottages are Sandpiper, Captain's Cottage and Serendipity, a separate 2 bed room 1098 sq ft cottage. Guest access We use what we call a *Boarding Pass* that is sent to you after booking for all your check in information, smart lock codes, guidebooks, questions and parking information. It is your all in one guide to our property. For Access to your cottage you must complete our "Boarding Pass*. It is a web link that has a verification step that will ask a few stay related questions as well as some very basic guest information and a photo of your ID. You will need to sign a waiver/pet agreement to stay with us. If you disagree with our waiver/agreement cancel within 24 hours of booking or within the cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees. ****IMPORTANT**** Your phone number on file with Airbnb needs to be correct. Also if you do not have a cell phone let us know ASAP so we can get you the door code in advance! OR if you did not provide your cell phone in this reservation we need to know so we can make sure you get the entry door code. Smart electronic locks with a door code. No keys. Other things to note Limited on site parking but plenty of street parking. We have dedicated parking spaces is labeled "Hollyhock", please only use your dedicated spot. Shared yard spaces with other guests. Three other cottages located on the property. Dogs under 120 pounds allowed, pets are an additional fee per stay. Max of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. If you have 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs the pet fee will be doubled and we will send you a payment request that must be paid before check-in. You can also pay the extra pets fee in your Boarding Pass that is sent to you upon booking. Pets Must be people & dog friendly because of shared courtyard space with other guests and dogs. Backyard, courtyard and Gazebo are all shared spaces. No laundry room access for guests but extra bedding and sheets are available. Need more please send us a message and extra can be arranged. Due to kitchen ventilation, it is best for light and average cooking. **NO COOKING CLAMS IN THE KITCHENS** The smell last for DAYS! We are a No Smoking property including marijuana and vaping. If smoke or heavy odors are detected in the cottage a up to $200.00 cleaning fee is charged to remove residual odors. Wish we didn't have to add this but people will be people unfortunately. **You are responsible for your pet. Dogs only and current on vaccinations. If your dog has fleas you could be charged up to $500 for pest control treatment of the unit. You may also be charged for any cancelled reservations due to treatment time**
