We can secure you a boat slip if you were bringing a boat or renting one. The space You will love the open space of the Seabatical main house... perfect for large gatherings! This listing is for entire complex. Including the house, guest cottage and the bunk house The estate also includes a swimming pool, fruit trees and lush tropical landscaping throughout. There is an optional boat slip you can add. Use of paddleboard, surfboards and bikes. There is a Blackstone griddle grill and a gas grill for your use Guest access Guaranteed boat slip that can accommodate up to a 45' boat w/ water and electric.  The slip is located within walking distance at Sunset Marina.  Additional charges apply. We rent it for you at a discount and you would just reimburse. Other things to note Please note the washer and dryer is available for stays longer than a week. There is a laundry depot just down the street that is available if you need anything washed during your stay. This is very common on the island with rentals due to the fact that water and electric is quite expensive. And we have been finding that renters seem to ruin the washers and dryers by putting sandy items in there. If you are staying longer than a week, you will be able to have access to the washer and dryer for a 24 hour period during your stay. (if you would like to add the washer and dryer back into the rental rate, then we can do that and it would be $250. That will cover the extra truck of water. We will need to have delivered to make sure there is enough water in the cistern to cover using the washing machine)
