Seacrest Holiday Home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open Plan Kitchen - Dining area - Living room with open fire & Tv Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 - Family bathroom Outside Seacrest Holiday Home are shared gardens, which are not enclosed and ample parking is available.Local Area & Tourist AttractionsSeacrest Holiday Home is within easy reach of Bundoran town’s many shops, pubs, places to eat and of course its beaches including the Blue Flag beach at Tullan Strand. Things to do in the local area: - Surfing in Tullan Strand - Horse riding - Swimming in the outdoor pools - West End Cliff Walk - Fairy Bridge - Bundoran Golf Club - Waterworld: large indoor aquapark - Bundoran Adventure Park - Donegal Bay Drive - Sea Session Music Festival in June IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation). 4. Internet: Please note there is no Internet access at this property. 5. Utility Charges: Upon booking, guests are required to pay €40 for utilities and €10 daily for oil.
