Our apartment has undergone a full no expense spared renovation ensuring a comfortable stay. The property consists of open kitchen and living area, with a beautiful black marble centre. The living room has ample space, tv, sound system for music and a wall mounted digital fire place. All of our bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard, the master bedroom has a feature bath included. The second bedroom is decorated and furnished beautifully, with bedside reading lamps, tv and closet. All rooms enjoy Bluetooth ceiling mounted sound systems, and our bathroom has a tv in the shower. It is worth noting this property is based in edinburghs historic town, there are no elevators in the building, and we are based on the 3rd floor. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility needs. Parking is pay and display around the royal mile, alternatively pay and display car park at the Waverley train station/NCP calton road. We strongly advise pre-arranged with the parking companies. City centre parking can be difficult! @edinburgh_luxury_stays We have a strict no house party policy, if the property is deemed to have a function held, gathering or house party, all guests will all be removed without refund. Sadly this has been a recurring problem during covid, and costs us significantly in repairs, cleaning and noise complaints from neighbours. Guest access Parking is on street pay & display, or NCP car park at Waverley station or calton road (short walk) There is no lift, and this should be considered for accessibility requirements. Other things to note Based in Edinburgh’s historic old town, you will experience original edinburgh buildings, architecture/monuments and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle! The properties around the area are historic, and do not have lifts. There are stairs to access the property
