The apartment is on the lower ground floor level and has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with a wardrobe, and the other has a double bed. The living room has a bed sofa with a lounge that can be converted to a King-sized bed. Guests pay a damage deposit of $200 cash on arrival The space Very cozy for a family of 4 persons or more for a short or longer stay. Equipped with its own private bathroom, toilet, spacious kitchen with a granite countertop, and dining area. Frying fish and cooking curry/masala are not allowed in the apartment. Other amenities include flat screen tv with firestick, air-conditioning, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, towels, bed-linen, washing machine (at a fee), iron and board, hair dryer, security safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. The use of the air conditioning is at a fee per day per unit, based on running the air conditioning only when present in the room and with closed doors and windows. There is a sitting room with a corner unit lounge for chilling after a long busy day. The curtains are also very special blackout for those who like to have a late lay-in. Free parking. Guests will receive weekly clean bed sheets and towels. Should you desire to housekeep it is possible at a fee. The cleaning fee paid at the booking is for clean sheets, towels, and cleaning the apartment after the guest has left. Within 10 minutes walking distance of the residence you can catch the local bus to the famous “Oistins”, St. Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown, and, also shop at a local convenience store “Mike’s Minimart.” On the premises is a modern beauty salon “Aesthetic Beauty” which offers facials, pedicures, manicures, various anti-aging treatments, and hot stone massage. Just 300m away there is a place on the beach for breakfast every day.
