This studio for 2 bed & breakfast has everything you need from a private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, wifi and TV with access to Netflix. We are located one block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & two blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages, we can accommodate food allergies. We live upstairs and are available if needed. The space Weston ordinances require all stays to be Bed and Breakfasts. You will be staying in the room Marr Manor at EMA Farm. This studio for 2 guest room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast. It has a king size bed with a little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is a loveseat and TV. You will have access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. You will have your own private bath with a toilet, sink and shower. There is a shared vestibule for the back door if you choose to use it. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries. Please read house rules before booking. Guest access You will be provided with a key code the day before your arrival. The house has two front doors. You will use the lower front door that faces the street. You will park on the street in front of the house except on festival weekends. Downtown is a 2 block walk away and Weston Bend State Park trailhead (Weston Bluffs Trail) is 1 block away. During your stay We are a family of 4 with dogs that live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours upstairs from 10pm - 8am from us on weekends and 10pm - 7am on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have. Other things to note If you have food allergies or need special food accommodations please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests.
