It is perfectly located for families, hikers, climbers, wedding guests, local food and drink enthusiasts, skiers, and flexible professionals who work from home. Other things to note • HVAC units in the dining area and in each bedroom • Pets are VERY welcome :) Please inquire about our pet policy! • Our home is located in Upstate NY near the woods and mountains - there are bugs outside and occasionally inside • Please note that our home was originally built in the 1800's, and while it has been updated, it is still full of charm and character. The ceilings are 7ft tall and vary in some areas of the house. The stairs are a bit steep and the steps are slightly shallow compared to average stairs. We have installed carpet treads, extra hand rails, and provide a baby/dog gate for convenience. Please be mindful of this before booking your stay with us. For reference, Alex is 6’4” and comfortably enjoys our home :)
