The house is equipped with a Highchair, Inglesina Fast Dining Chair, Kids Dinnerware & Sippy Cups, Booster Seat, Fisher Price Sit Me Up Floor Seat, a Pottery Barn Crib, Skip Hop Changing Pad, Step Stool, Potty Seat and Bath Seat. Each bedroom has a white noise machine/alarm clock with blackout curtains. There are oodles of pool toys, floats and puddle jumper kids life jacket vests as well as an entertainment center filled with games and toys for rainy days. Parents, enjoy some relaxing time by the fire table at night with a glass of wine. Guest access With southern exposure, the heated pool gets sun rays all day and is surrounded by a Life Saver Pool Fence to keep little explorers safe. A trip to the beach is a 12 minute walk (0.6 miles). Ride bikes or make the quick drive with coolers, beach chairs and a beach wagon all ready for your use and stored in the two car garage.
