In September 2024 we completed the new pool and deck area. This pool is a large 21 foot pool and is only for our guests use. It will be available year around and were excited to offer this new amenity to our guests. When you arrive, there is plenty of parking in the driveway and under the home. There is seating areas under the home and you will find some of our outdoor activities in the storage room under the home like the beach toys, bicycles, cornhole boards, and darts. You can enter the home by going up the front or rear steps. Send your luggage and groceries up to the back porch in the cargo lift and use the cart we have available for you. We also have seating available for you on the front and back porches including a screened in area on the back porch. When you enter the home, you will find a beautiful open floor plan in the living room area. There are 5 bedrooms on the main living floor and two bathrooms. Travel upstairs to the third level and you will find a large game room featuring a pool table. There is also another bedroom upstairs and a full bathroom. This home is a perfect home for families to gather. There are plenty of games available for kids and if you have a boat, you can bring it and use the private boat ramp for free. The canal feeds into the Bay which gives you access to the ocean. You can also fish in the canal from the back yard so don't forget your fishing poles. Want to spend the day at the beach, enjoy a waterpark or visit the casinos? The beautiful Pass Christian beaches are only 5 minutes away. They are known for some of the quietest beaches around. Old Town Bay St. Louis is a short drive and has unique shops, restaurants, and great nightlife. Buccaneer Bay Waterpark is also nearby along with great cities such as Long Beach, Gulfport and Biloxi. New Orleans is only an hour away and is an easy day trip. This home has it all and is in a great location to access everything the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property except for the owners closets and the attic storage area. Other things to note If your arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fit for you. The afternoon before check-in a door code will automatically be generated and sent you to with other check-in instructions. We offer an easy self check-in! Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking. There are security cameras on the entry ways to the house and under the house pointing on driveway. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior.
