Located close to restaurants, nightlife and clubs. Take in the breathtaking views of El Paso on Scenic Dr. just a short drive away. The space Unique 1920's neighborhood! Upon entering through its own entrance, studio is located downstairs. Open concept yet cozy space! Perfect for unwinding or entertaining guests. Access to refrigerator and microwave. Laundry room is located upstairs to the left. There are two rental units upstairs as well. Other things to note Smart TV has access to applications available with guest log in. Access to refrigerator and microwave. There is no kitchen or stove. Couch has a pull-out section that can be used for a bed. Please message us for extra sheets, pillows and blankets if needed.
