You will love the two main suites - one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. We dare you not to love that panoramic view with the kitchen and dining room opening directly onto the pool and patio area in the private fenced yard. Guests will fall in love with the interior design of this property. It's been furnished with high-end pieces in classic coastal contemporary with mid-century modern touches. Check out the custom artwork from many local artists. Nevertheless, the real star of this home is the pool! This is easily the largest private in-ground pool in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The backyard gets full sun most of the day, so the pool water temperature rarely dips below the mid to high 80s in the summer. The pool is large enough to relax, play volleyball, or swim laps. There are plenty of shaded areas for outdoor grilling on the Weber grill and picnic tables. The well-appointed chef's kitchen opens directly onto interior and exterior dining.
