Heart of Ohiopyle River House is clean, charming, and quite. Located in the town of Ohiopyle and within walking distance to the Youghiogheny River, GAP bike trail, Ohiopyle Falls, resturants, bars, and shops. The space There are only a handful of rental homes located within the town of Ohiopyle. We love this house because you don't have to drive back and forth to out of town lodging. Your group can be together but doing the separate activities that they enjoy. Everyone can meet up by foot for a hike, picnic, or swim in the river. Grandma and Grandpa will love being in the mix without having to drive back and forth for each activity. Our Grandparents sure do! The House has two upstairs bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom has a Queen on the bottom bunk bed. We allow up to 4 additional guests to find floor/couch space to crash for a max total of 10 (additional $15 per head after 6 per night). Heart of Ohiopyle Vacation House is located IN Ohiopyle. Easy access to the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail, Youghiogheny River, Ohiopyle Waterfall, Falls Market Resturant, and miles of hiking/biking trails. It is located less than five miles from Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Casino is just up the road.This home has the ideal location for anyone wanting to experience all that Ohiopyle has to offer. The property is surrounded on two sides by state park forest. Enjoy a campfire and roast some marshmallows in our outdoor fire pit. Guest access Outdoor fire pit. washer/dryer. Yard space directly behind the house on the house side of the sidewalk only. No tents or parking on the other side of the sidewalk. No parties. This is a quiet residential section of town. Must be considerate of the neighbors, they are the best. 15 mph speed limit when driving in this neighborhood. Other things to note Dogs must be approved and require an additional non refundable fee of $75 per reservation. There are no televisions in the house! yeah! Handsoap, dishsoap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, 2 rolls of toilet paper, fresh clean bedding and towels provided. Paper towels, laundry soap, and firewood not provided.
