Comfortable new furnishings are just enough to relax and enjoy. This 2 level, one-bedroom condo accommodates 4 guests, with a primary comfy king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The space This 2-level condo's main entrance is on the 2nd floor just up one flight of stairs or an elevator and bell carts are available in the building. Plenty of space to gather around the kitchen counter bar, sit and sip on the interior patio table and chairs, relax in the living area, and end each day with a great night's sleep. One of the many features to highlight when staying with us is the carport parking space that comes with this condo. No worries about finding a parking spot when you arrive at check-in, after a day at the beach, or following island adventures. Just pull right into the spot and relax! Guest access Angler’s Cove surrounds you with amenities including two (2) large heated pools for refreshing swims, relaxing on the poolside deck, or soaking in one of the hot tubs. Beautifully landscaped paths lead you through the complex to each of the two pool areas, two newly resurfaced tennis courts, alongside the Marco River, and onto a perfect place to have lunch, dinner, and/or drinks beneath the stars at the Dolphin Tiki Bar and Grill. It is located on the north side of Marco Island, just a 20-minute stroll or quick drive to Marco’s Historic District, Olde Marco Village, with charming shops and eateries like Bistro Soleil, Old Marco Pub, and The Smith House. Another quick stroll or drive to the nearby Esplanade for waterside dining and live entertainment or to the Marco Town Center Mall which offers you plenty of other shopping possibilities and dining options.
