In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the villa has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with large dining area, comfortable living room, and second dining area that opens up to the oceanview pool deck. Step outside to unwind in one of three outdoor patios, take in the spectacular view from the pool, or experience the ocean breezes while you relax in a hammock. Guest access The entire place is yours to enjoy! Relax in a hammock, take a dip in the pool, or experience the Caribbean Sea and Mesoamerican Reef with some of the best snorkeling on the island from the community' dock, which is just steps away from the villa. Please note that snorkel gear is not provided. Other things to note Electricity & Water Conservation Electricity on the island is private, which results in higher costs. Additionally, water is a valuable commodity. We kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving these resources during your stay. The villa is designed to take advantage of the easterly trade winds which are present during most of the year, so when the weather is suitable, many of our guests enjoy opening the windows and French doors, allowing the ocean breezes to naturally cool the villa versus using air conditioning. Remember to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the bedrooms, and do not run the AC if you have doors or windows open, to ensure efficient usage. PLEASE NOTE: if the air conditioners remain on continuously throughout your stay, or if you run the ACs with the windows or doors open, there may be additional charges applied. Groups The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests total. For larger groups in need of additional space, I invite you to explore my profile to discover the neighboring properties on either side of the villa. On one side is Paradise Point, which includes 3 individual units (Villa Azul, Villa Verde, and Oceanview Studio), and on the other side is Far Tortuga, another 3-bedroom villa. By combining all of these listings, nearly 20 guests can be accommodated, providing ample space for a shared experience and creating unforgettable memories together.
