When you enter on the main floor there is a living area with brand new, modern and comfortable seating and a smart TV. There's an updated kitchen with new appliances, a coffee bar, breakfast nook and full dining area. You'll have a private office area as well as 2 powder rooms. From the kitchen you'll walk out into the outdoor oasis. Complete with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and even a basketball court. There is something for everyone. Upstairs offers a living space including a poker table and smart TV. There are 4 spacious and updated bedrooms, including: - A primary suite with a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and soaking tub, and private patio. - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and access to a patio. - Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower. - Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and is connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower. The basement offers a kitchenette and eating nook with a mini fridge and microwave. There's a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, bean bags, smart TV and game area that includes a Pop n’ Shot. The home has a 2 car garage for guests to park in, as well as a large area with an Air Hockey Table and Ping Ping Table. The heated pool is open from April 1- October 1.
