This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door. The space Brand new interior, fresh paint on the exterior, large yard all surrounded by a white picket fence. The garage is perfect for storing your luggage, (too small for most cars), and the washer/dryer makes your longer stays easy. The kitchen is fully furnished, there’s even an ice maker in the freezer. The 72 inch tv with 3.1 sound bar and subwoofer, free access to Hulu, Netflix and other movie channels, and an incredibly comfortable couch makes your stay go by way too fast! There’s a gas bbq in the rear patio and a patio table and chairs for outdoor living. Brand new pillow top mattresses, comfy pillows, and an Echo next to each bed help you sleep well and wake up on time. You’ll have to walk up 2 steps to enter the home. Guest access There’s plenty of on street parking, and one parking space in the driveway. Private rear patio with BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs. This is a duplex home, and you will have full and private access to your side of the duplex. The other side of the duplex home is also an Air BNB, the two units are separated by two garages so there’s plenty of privacy between the units. As you can see in the exterior pictures, the two units share a common driveway for off-street parking. If you have a larger group you may want to book both sides of the duplex. The other side is named “ Clean freaks and germiphobes welcome!” Rest assured that between stays each unit is fully sanitized, and every piece of linen, even blankets and bed spreads, are washed and changed. Other things to note This is a smart home! As you enter the front door, simply entering the 4 digit code we send you before check does 4 things: 1: unlocks the door 2: disarms the Vivint alarm that’s been built in to the home. Each door and window are switched, and there’s a motion detector inside the home. Even the garage doors are protected. 3: The thermostat will change to the “Home” mode, warming up or cooling down the temperature inside. The home also has built in central heating and air. 4: After dusk, the living room light will turn on as you enter so you’ll never enter a dark home. As you leave, simply pressing the “lock” button on the keypad door lock will lock the door, set the alarm, turn off the lights, and adjust the thermostat down to save energy. The porch light will always turn on at dusk so you’ll never come home to a dark house. The landscape lighting around the perimeter of the home creates a beautiful warm ambience, but also makes it easy to see what’s going outside, even after dark.
