The space The guest house also known as Dubuque Lane Guest House is located in Burlington and overlooks the Winooski River. We welcome all people to stay! The guest house is a quick walk over the river bridge to the town of Winooski and a mile and a half to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. It was renovated into an open loft style space with hardwood floors, original art, a comfortable queen size bed and a sofa that inflates to a full size bed. There is parking under the carport for one car, private entrance, sitting area, dining area, full kitchen stocked with local granola, milk, juice, tea and coffee. The bathroom has custom blended bath products locally made by Lunaroma with all natural ingredients. Relax on the back deck overlooking the perennial garden or enjoy the view of the Winooski River from the front windows. No smoking on the property and no pets.
