The space Sunrise Cottage has an amazing screened in front porch for watching the sunrise. Inside, the home is decorated in a coastal theme. Downstairs, you will find a living area with leather furniture, Smart TV, and a desk area. An ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed (memory foam mattress) is located downstairs. There is also a blue ray player and dozens of movies for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials, including a large crab pot for cooking crabs you catch right off of the dock and a Keurig coffee maker. Starter pods are provided for your convenience. The dining table seats 4. Please note, there is a stove top, but not an oven. The bathroom includes a huge walk in shower, toilet, and sink. The home is heated and cooled by a split-unit a/c and heater unit. Upstairs you will find a loft area that has a queen bed, twin bed, reading nook, and a pack-n-play for your little one. A separate split unit for a/c and heating is located upstairs. Outside you will find a firepit near the water and a large shared dock for fishing, crabbing, yoga, relaxing, and wine time! Guest access Entire house. The fishing pier/dock is shared with another home on the property. Other things to note Please note that with $175 pet fee, you may bring two dogs. They must be leashed at all times and remain on the property. Please clean up after your dogs and crate them when not at the property. A large dog crate is included with the $175 pet fee.
