The North Wing of the house has 3 in-tandem bedrooms and includes: Bob Allen Artisan Suite: King bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub Cozy County Suite: Queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower Garden View Suite (upstairs): Queen bed + 2 Twin beds and en suite 1/2 bathroom The South Wing of the house has 2 in-tandem bedrooms and includes: Parlor Room with a Queen murphy bed Howdy Doody Suite (upstairs): Queen bed + Queen sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower The central portion of the home has another Queen murphy bed and a full bathroom with shower. This listing sleeps MAX of 16 guests. There is NO room for extra guests. Couches are NOT suitable for sleeping and common area rooms are not suitable for cots, inflatable mattresses, or sleeping pads. NOTE: Guest count MUST BE ACCURATE at time of booking. Cleaners set up house with linens and towels based on the guest count. Therefore, not all beds will be made up or available for groups smaller than 16 - as this will help conserve water by reducing unnecessary laundry.
