The house is furnished with a utility room with combined sink/dryer, two bathrooms, three rooms and a kitchen living room that is equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. Outside you will find a huge terrace that follows the sun from east to west, with seating all around. incl. new Pergola. At shelter you can light a fire and enjoy twist bread or maybe grilled on the terrace. There are both gas and charcoal grill and two fire pits. The house is built with 3 rooms with 2 beds each. Outdoor shelter with power and light. There are two new bright bathrooms, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Behind the house you can enjoy a deep in wilderness hot tub. Spa is heated with firewood but has faster than usual heating. Guest access The code for the door lock will be provided upon agreed rental. There is plenty of room for several cars in the driveway. You sail from Årøsund to Årø, it takes 7 minutes and costs very little. From the harbor on Årø, it takes 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.
