Other things to note - I control the central AC/Heat temperate via a smart home thermostat but will always keep the temperature comfortable for guests. I can adjust the temperate upon request if needed. - While the bedroom is connected to the rest of the house by a door, it remains locked by deadbolt at all times, giving you constant privacy. - I rent another section of my home to two tenants that you may see outside as you come and go. - Because of the close proximity to town center you may hear some noise from time to time, mainly on weekends.
