Winter is amazing in the Valley....& people are booking now for spring and summer....our calendar is open 6 months out. This 2 BD/2 BA townhome sleeps 5 and is an incredible place to launch your adventure for any season. The Music House is a great experience (please read reviews). Our cleaning team is top notch. Hailey is a unique mountain town with access to all Ketchum/Sun Valley has to offer. Our property is not well suited for pets, so we are a pet-free property (thanks for understanding). The space The open space on the first floor has a modern mountain feel and also reflects our love for music. You will have Wifi included and access to Netflix and other streaming services. There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods ready to get you going in the morning and pots and pans for cooking if you so desire. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs with a master bedroom with a queen and a guest bedroom with a queen and a twin. You will have full access to use the garage while staying in the townhome (It is only an 8 ft. door, so roof racks or large vehicles will not fit...there is a parking spot outside the garage for large vehicles). We are thankful to get to share this place to help others enjoy the mountains we love. Additional Notes: We have a sofa sleeper twin bed chair. The twin sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress and works best for a child or young adult. The townhome has two fights of stairs...one from the garage to the main floor and another to the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms. There is not a bathroom on the main floor. Guest access All spaces are available for guest access. We do not leave any personal items in the townhome. All areas are open for our guests. We do not store any clothing or other personal items here, so it has the feel of a nice hotel that you can make your own while you are here. Other things to note We appreciate being able to be outdoors any time of year...and the outdoor activities are abundant. Sun Valley Resort was ranked the #1 Ski Resort in SKI Magazine the past couple of years..say no more there! Bike paths are all over the Wood River Valley for the summer rides and breath-taking views are just around the bend on hikes in the Sawtooth Mountains.
