Come gather, relax & enjoy this beautiful lake home, located in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Shorewood Beach House is right on the waters edge. 2 floors of space overlooking beautiful Lake Maud. With 2 gathering rooms, several dining areas, (inside and out) a fully furnished kitchen & laundry, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, & blankets are provided & a gas fireplace to warm your self with a cup of cocoa, when the weather turns cool. The space The House is a light filled, four bedroom, two bathroom, walk out rambler, with a warm cottage feel to it. It's perfect for kicking back, relaxing or celebrating with friends and family or holiday get togethers. There are 5 sliding glass doors lake side, to enjoy the incredible view and the wonderful breeze of the lake. Guest access The entire house is for your enjoyment as you stay. However, I do have one locked closet in the basement and personal items in the furnace room and garage. Other things to note The sunsets are always incredible year round, and the brilliance of the night sky is sure to delight! There is no shortage of wild life to be seen either. Frequent flights of local osprey, ducks, geese & swans and an occasional bald eagle will perch in a tree overlooking the lake. The call of the loon is always right outside the window starting and ending your days.
