Spacious, family-friendly home right on the Lake! Plenty of room to relax outside--jump in the lake, sunbathe on the dock, or gather on the deck. This home offers many amenities, such as kayaks, paddle board, outdoor dining, hot tub, a full kitchen, and more. If it's too hot...head inside to grab a drink and lay on the couch on either the main floor or the basement! Plenty of space to crash at the end of the day with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 6 beds, and 2 big couches. The space Main Floor: Walk in to an open kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. The dining space table accommodates 6, with more dining space, a grill, and Adirondack chairs on the deck. One side of the living room is set up as a dedicated workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair, lamp and comfortable reading chair. Upstairs Level: The main bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of floorspace, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed. It has a wall full of windows that looks out to the lake and a small balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The main bathroom is adjoined to the bedroom and has a shower, tub, toilet and larger vanity. Another bedroom down the hall has a queen bed and sizable closet. Across the hall there is a full bathroom with a shower, tub, toilet and vanity. Basement Level: Downstairs you'll find a comfortable living space, a kitchenette with counter space, a sink and a refrigerator for storing all your lakeside beverages. A set of french doors takes you out to the lake and the hot tub. Off of the living space is a small bedroom with two full beds. There are two dehumidifiers you can run in the basement to maintain the most comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there's a full bathroom in the basement with a shower, toilet and vanity. Dock: Down at the dock you'll find plenty of space to spread out and sunbathe or have a picnic. A table, chairs and kayaks are all available for your enjoyment. One outlet is available for hooking up your music of choice! We encourage bringing your own life-jackets as we do not supply them. Guest access The entire property is available to you for your stay! Other things to note Nearby you'll find Portside Dining, Virginia Dare, a boat ramp. The Smith Mountain Lake State Park is also just down the road (or a short ride across the lake) and has biking trails, a beach, playgrounds, and a fishing pier.
