Outside features a large deck with unique fire pit and seating. 50 feet of private Saco River frontage is just a few steps away. The space This home was built in the 1800’s and moved to its current location in 1904. While it may be updated, it still has the character of an old home. Upon entering the home, make use of the large mud room to store your winter/summer gear and keep your vacation space clean and organized. Downstairs, enjoy the open concept floor plan, a half bath, new modern appliances, hand crafted furniture, and wood stove. A large dining room table seats 10 with additional seating at the bar. The TV, DVD and sound system round out the experience. We offer cable TV, Wifi, and a very strong cell signal. Ascend to the second floor via the custom built stairs where you will find both bedrooms, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Bedroom #1 features one queen and three single beds, bunk style. Bedroom #2 offers one queen bed and two single beds, bunk style. Guest access This is a whole house rental. You will have access to the whole property.
