There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms & living room, and space fans around the apartment to help to cool the rooms faster. 🔹> During wintertime we have a central heater that keeps all the bedrooms and the whole apartment in a comfortable temperature to keep you warm and cozy. 🔹> There is a 65” HD TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Samsung channels & a Blue-ray DVD player also located in the shared living room. 🔹> > Wire & Wireless chargers located in the kitchen 🔷 > FREE PARKING: “You can park your car on our block, we will provide a free permit parking pass to park your car on our block. During your stay ❇️ - We live in the property but in a different private unit, so we will definitely be available to meet you, help your check in, answer any questions or help with any information that you may need, give restaurant recommendations, dispensaries information, or just have a great conversation in any of our comfortable shared areas if you want! ❇️ - However, we respect your privacy and open to any interaction if you want. We do not guarantee an early check in or an later check out if a previous or future guest scheduled their check in or check out respectively. - If you want to check in at an earlier time or check out at a later time we are going to charge $15 for every hour.
