Should you prefer the outdoors, a backyard BBQ awaits, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for one closet and the backyard toolshed; If you'd like to use the garage to park your vehicle, please let the host know in advance so you may receive the access access code. Other things to note Quite hours are 9 pm - 7 am; No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the house, or anywhere on the property. Please find a smoke-friendly location away from the immediate vicinity of the house; A smoke/vape sensor is installed on the property. If activated, a $1,000 cleaning-fee will apply.
