This 800 square foot apartment is located on the first floor of a gorgeous family home offering parking, a private entranceway and patio. In addition to a separate bedroom, the apartment is quite roomy with its own workspace, computer monitor, washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. 40” smart tv in the bedroom and 50” in the living room. We do NOT provide cable tv. You will need to use your own subscriptions to access paid applications for viewing preferences. Children’s toys, board games, cribbage, puzzles, and books are provided for your entertainment. The tile floor stays cool in the summer and radiates heat in the winter. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and patio. Other things to note **the television is NOT a cable tv. It is a smart tv with apps for viewing.
