It has a shared main entrance, but the apartment has its own door for greater privacy and tranquility of guests. The space includes: ★Panoramic terrace: on this terrace you will find two comfortable hammocks, two beach chairs and a coffee table. Take advantage of this convenience to relax and watch birds. ★Bedroom 1 master: 3.5 m x 3.0 m room with a double handcrafted bed and painted in white decapé. On each side of the bed you will find a nightstand. Above the nightstands, you will find shelves to arrange personal belongings. The room has a fan and a mosquito net that can be used at the discretion of each guest. ★Bedroom 2: 3.5 m x 3.0 m room with a semi-double bed. On each side of the bed you will find a nightstand. Above the nightstands, you will find shelves to arrange personal belongings. The room has a fan and a mosquito net that can be used at the discretion of each guest. ★Private kitchen: kitchen equipped with a gas stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and silverware. In your reservation we will also include basic kitchen elements such as sugar, salt, oil, dishwasher, kitchen towels, a bag of drinking water and a delicious welcome gift with seasonal tropical fruits. ★Private bathroom: comfortable private bathroom with basic elements such as toilet paper, liquid soap and towel for each guest. Guest access The space corresponds to a private apartment so you can freely dispose of all the facilities inside it. In just a few steps, you will access the kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with 2 hammocks to contemplate the landscape, have a cup of coffee, read or watch birds and hummingbirds. If you bring binoculars, you will be also be able to watch the stars when nights are clear. Additionally you can visit the outdoor garden and orchards. Other things to note It is important that the following points are considered during your stay. ★ We have a 2-year-old child so although we try to keep noise as low as possible, we cannot totally control the noises the child makes . ★The Sierra Nevada is one of the most biodiverse places on the planet, so insects can be found both on the surroundings of the apartment and inside it. We will provide a bug spray at the request of each guest. ★Considering the previous point, the presence of snakes is also possible, so caution is recommended when going for walks, especially at night. Additionally, it is recommended to check your belongings to rule out the presence of insects. ★We are located in a rural area on the perimeter of Palomino, due to this there may be typical noises from the countryside such as dogs barking, chickens and cats. Additionally, sometimes there may be some noise coming from parties or concerts in town. ★Thunderstorms and heavy rains are common in the Sierra Nevada. It is recommended to disconnect electronic devices during any of these type of events. ★The local power company (AIRE) is currently replacing the power grid so there will be regular power outages. We currently have a fuel portable generator (it makes noise) which will be turned on during the outage. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.
