The laundry room is also large and open, where you will find a full size washer & dryer, iron, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and extra towels. The living room is extra cozy with a large sofa. Other things to note We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning.
