Situated on a private drive on beautiful Lake Centralia, this retro-inspired, waterfront pad has all of the space and amenities you need for your relaxing lake retreat. Featuring a lakeside salt water pool, a large double decker dock, a 1970’s styled clubhouse/pool house, an indoor hot tub with lakefront views, a large outdoor (and shaded!) pool bar, a gazebo, 3 barbeque areas (gas and charcoal), a brick smoker pit, and a charmingly appointed 2000 sq ft open-concept home The space There are two houses included with this stay. The Main House. The first house you will see on the right as you make your way down the private lane. The main house features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grilling/patio area, relaxing sunroom (perfect for lounging and enjoying a morning coffee), a 2-way fireplace, and washer/dryer. The main house sleeps 9 comfortably in beds, but could easily fit more friends and family willing to sleep on couches and air mattresses. Master: 1 king, 1 twin - attached master bath with fireplace, double vanities, separate soaking tub, and large shower. The salon chair, vanity mirror that spans the wall, and abundance of space make this the perfect place for bridal parties to get ready before the Big Day! BR2: 1 queen, 1 remote work space with surge protector and 2 monitors (note there is a 2nd remote work station near the kitchen!) BR3: 1 twin, 1 bunkbed (twin over full) The Clubhouse. Prepare to take a step back in time as you make your way down to the 1970s Clubhouse! As you pass from the Main House to the Clubhouse, you'll notice an outdoor gazebo, a grilling area, a brick smoker, and an outdoor seating area lit from a pergola above. Upon opening the Clubhouse door, you will feel like you've stepped into a time capsule! From the wood paneled walls, to the avocado green kitchen ware, to the retro shuffleboard table, to the beaded curtain, you'll feel the nostalgic charm of this place from the moment you enter. The full kitchen has all of the basics you need to prep your BBQ and make some pool side treats, plus breakfast bar seating for 6. A newly expanded and remodeled bathroom features a double vanity and rainwater shower with a folding bench. Down the hall you will find the only bedroom in the Clubhouse, which has its own separate sliding door entrance to the pool bar and pool and a queen size bed. From the kitchen, you continue on to the shuffleboard room. Complete with 1970s barrel furniture, an extensive selection of board and card games, and a (non-functioning) vintage vending machine, you could spend several hours in this room alone. Continuing further to the sunroom, you will find a shuffleboard viewing bar, more barrel furniture perfect for playing games or enjoying the pool and lake view, and a bluetooth record player hooked up to bluetooth speakers. The sunroom would not be complete without an indoor hot tub! The hot tub seats 8, and has lovely lake views. As you make your way outside, you will find a HUGE outdoor pool bar, surrounded by banana trees and a hammock. The pool has a shallow end and a deep end (6') with a sitting ledge. With gorgeous landscaping, a soothing water fountain, 3 lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area, the pool is the place to beat the heat this summer! Should you feel the need to leave the pool, if you continue down you will find the double decker dock with seating on the top dock and lots of fishing opportunities off the bottom. We have a kayak available for use but please be sure to follow all lake and safety rules. Guest access Guests will have access to both the Main House, the Clubhouse, and everything in between. Off limits: the pole barn, a few locked closets in the house, and the boats on the dock. Please be sure to stay off the neighbor's property and do not park in ways that could block them in.
