The Beach Flats are within the Rio Mar complex, an exquisitely designed, gated community on the beach, with several pools, a restaurant and bar, spa, as well as children's play-facilities. It is by far one of the most sought after developments in Panama's Pacific Beach areas. The entire building complex is directly beachfront with its own private access down to the sand. The apartment itself is on the ground floor with a spacious balcony that overlooks tropical gardens, a sandy beach and in the background, a view of the Pacific Ocean and nearby surf breaks. Other things to note Depending of the traffic, the Rio Mar is just a bit under two hours (91 kilometres) outside of Panama City. I highly recommend renting a car as that will allow you to get to know the surrounding communities such as Coronado, El Valle, San Carlos and Penonome.
