Enjoy your time in the City of Good Living The space The guest house unit is located at the back of the driveway with its own entrance and key lock box for self check-in. There is a senior dog on the property that only has access to the main house and enclosed backyard. She does not have access to the guesthouse or driveway. We have 3 children that sometimes play in the backyard adjacent to the guesthouse or shoot basketball in the driveway in front of the unit. The Devonshire Little Store is walking distance just up the street for snacks and basic groceries. Carlmont Shopping Center as well as downtown San Carlos are a very short drive away for coffee, meals out and larger grocery stores. Easy access to 101 via Holly Street and 280 via Edgewood Road or Ralston Ave. Other things to note No smoking on the property, even in outdoor spaces. Thank you!
