Guest access Guests have access to the entire place and garage Other things to note *Guests with no reviews will be asked to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 days after check out considering the home is not damaged, no extra cleaning is required and all the home rules are followed* Note: After a booking is made for stays longer than 30 days, guest will be charged an extra $200 for end of the stay cleaning. Or guest has an option to do biweekly light cleanings at $100/clean, this must be scheduled at guests earliest convenience. No smoking is allowed in the home. No parties are allowed. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damage will result in a damages fee. Mandatory quiet time outside between 9pm-7am, $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood **We provide complimentary necessities for out guests, if you need more supplies please visit the local store No shoes in the house **Guests must clean the grill after use or $50 fee will be charged. **Parking is limited to 3 (three) vehicles. One can park in the garage, one in the driveway and one near the house in the neighberhood.
