Newly renovated rooms in Ways Motel. The only motel with a rooftop pool. The rooftop deck gives a beautiful view of sunset and marsh on one side and the ocean on the other side. Please note that we are not ocean facing but are 3 minutes from the beach. Other things to note 1) Check in Check in time is between 3 pm and 7 pm. There will be an additional $25 charge for checking in between 7 pm and 10 pm. For check-ins after 10 pm, please reach us out before making the reservation. 2) Parking There is only one car parking allowed per room (even with 4 guests in 2 queen beds rooms). Be sure to park in the assigned spot only and fill in our check-in form once you are at the desk 3) Smoking/Vaping Absolutely no smoking/Vaping ANYWHERE except the 2 designated areas on either side of building on the back (vending machine and the water hose). Smoking in room, pool, hallway and deck I prohibited. 4) Security deposit Please note that there will be $250 security deposit when you check-in. Within 24 hours of your departure, once we have inspected and cleaned the rooms, the hold will be released. Please read our motel policies carefully. 5) Pool hours (between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend) 11 am to 9 pm Please don’t eat on the bed. Marks on the sheets and towels which can’t be cleaned will be charged.
