The space The cabin is always professionally and thoroughly cleaned before all guests' arrival and is equipped with the fastest internet available. Very open design for fun gatherings, while still having plenty of rooms to escape and relax. 1st Bedroom: King Bed, access to back deck with outdoor seating. 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed. Bunk Room: Twin bunk beds and 2 twin beds (This property sleeps 8 guests in 6 beds) OUTDOOR LIVING: Upper level deck w/ conversation area and small fire pit, outdoor table. Lower level deck with sitting area off the game room. Behind the home we have a 2nd fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a couch with plenty of seating and a new spa with a privacy wall. KITCHEN: Well equipped w/ all of the cooking, baking and entertaining essentials: stainless steel appliances w/ gas range, blender, toaster. GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer. PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles permitted). EXTRA PERKS: Lake Arrowhead Lake & Trail Pass Included! Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and guests can only swim in the lake via public access roads and only after obtaining (and paying) for a wristband. Other things to note - No smoking inside or outside of the cabin due to high fire risk. - No wood burning fire of any kind, anywhere. Fire pit is gas only. - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Quiet hours 9:00 PM- 7:00AM - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply (see details at checkout) - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Our guests safety is our top priority. Do not stand or sit on the balcony railings. This is a multi-level home with stairs that could be precarious for children and would require adult supervision. If you have children you are responsible for their safety at all times. *Critters such as ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bears, coyotes, mountain lions, etc.) are native to Lake Arrowhead and can be found inside and around the cabins and it is normal to have sightings. There are no refunds for any of these sightings. Please expect and prepare to see any of the above. Please respect nature and all that comes with it if booking our cabin.
