The property is conveniently located in the quaint village of Ninilchik, situated between Homer and Soldotna, and right in the heart of world class fishing. It is a short hike or drive to Deep Creek. The 3 Bears Convenience store is also a quick jaunt down the road. One can easily travel to either Homer or Soldotna for the day. The house offers a large deck which overlooks the inlet, along with a propane bbq.There is an expansive grassy area ideal for picnics or lawn games. The 3rd bedroom is a loft area with a queen, a single and 3/4 bathroom. An option to include a 4th bedroom is an additional fee of $75/night. Located next the house is our 23 ft comfortable travel trailer. It offers a queen bed, a full kitchen, a dining table, a couch which folds out to a bed and a full bath Other things to note Stairs up to the loft are steep and require good mobility.
