Bright, Cozy Home: Ski, Hike, Bike, Boat and Relax
This charming, historic house features tin ceilings, original hardwood floors, several south-facing windows, a large shower, solid oak kitchen cabinets made by a local craftsman, off-street parking, and a yard to relax in. It's within easy walking distance of a cafe, craft brewery, pub, natural foods store, bike shop, and many unique, local shops. Norway contains a large lake and is surrounded by abundant outdoor opportunities to ski (downhill & Nordic), swim, hike, bike, boat, and more. The space This Airbnb includes the entire downstairs living area of the house, which consists of a full kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and bedroom. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway, on the lawn, and on the street. Two sides of the yard are surrounded by a 6 foot fence, creating a semi-private outdoor space where guests are welcome- It's a small but welcoming yard with some projects in the works. The house owner (myself, Rocky) lives upstairs, uses a separate entrance on the street side of the house, and can most often be found working at the local community garden during the summer. You might cross paths with me in the yard but I respect the privacy of my guests and won't generally reach out to you during your stay unless there's a specific reason. That said, I love to meet people so please don't hesitate to approach me or contact me during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire downstairs area of the house, excluding the attached barn and basement. Guests are welcome anywhere outside on the lawn and property.
