Hosts are on-site in the main house. Outdoor cat lives on premises and does take naps sometimes on the guest house patio, so if you are allergic to cats, this may not be the listing for you. The guest house is attached to a detached garage utilized by the hosts and guests do not have access to the garage. Parking for 2 cars plus space to park oversized vehicles/trailers. Ability to launch boats/jet skis at the boat ramp up the street and store boat trailers on the property. Guest access Guests have full use of the guest house, patio with outdoor table and 6 chairs, and lawn around guest house. Guests may walk down to and access the dock (children must be supervised at all times). Guests do not have access to pool at main house. Other things to note Potential to bring RV to keep on-site, but guests should check with host before booking. There are some tree branches on the approach roads that may touch very tall towed items. Possibility to hook up to electric and water with prior arrangements, no sewer hookup.
