The space Everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous countryside is right here. First Floor Enter through a sunlight entry foyer with lounging areas surrounded by tons of natural light. From the foyer, walk into an open living space which is the home's centerpiece attraction. In the morning, sit and drink your morning coffee in our coffee room where you can make your perfect roast. Dinner time, make a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with mingling spaces and a cocktail bar to entertain guests. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite movie on the large Roku TV. Move into the huge Rec room to unwind in the indoor hot tub or enjoy a lively game of ping pong, scrabble and board games. You can also watch a favorite show on the 75" Roku TV complete with LED background lights. The huge Master bedroom has a bed fit for a king, lounging areas, a Roku TV and a private half bath. Also in the first floor is a smaller bedroom with a twin XL bed that connects to the main bathroom. Perfect for one adult or child. That room has a desk and work area as well. Upstairs You'll find a queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two full beds, all equipped with comfy Egyptian cotton bedding. In the closet, there's a folding crib with sheets and blankets. A second full bathroom with a tiled glass shower sits in between the two guest bedrooms upstairs. Additional Sleeping A sofa in the downstairs living room converts into a full size comfy bed. Also find a queen air mattress in the master bedroom. Outside A luxurious saltwater pool is surrounded by a multi-tier deck and several lounging areas. We have lots of floats and toys, a pool basketball hoop and outdoor games. Find a wrap around deck with seating areas, by the kitchen and the pool. Down a few steps is a stone patio complete with a new, huge Weber grill, an outdoor dining area, a swing chair and vintage beverage cooler. And when the day is over, don't forget to toast s'mores at the fire pit while you gaze up at the gorgeous night sky. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and property. A few supply closets are inaccessible. Other things to note We require that you list the exact number of guests in your party when booking. The nightly fee is based on six guests. We charge an extra fee of $100 per night for each guest after six guests. We allow a maximum of eight guests. In the past, we have had a number of bookings arrive with unregistered guests, so we kindly ask all our future guests to please list the correct number of guests when booking. Our outdoor security system records the number of guests that arrive at the house and we reserve the right to charge for all guests that are not listed at booking. We also reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises if these house rules are not followed. We ask that there be no parties or events while at the house. Our Airbnb has a permit from the town which requires there be no events or parties and also that there be a stated maximum number of guests allowed on the premises at any time. We ask you to list any pet you are bringing. We allow one pet and we charge a pet fee. If you do not disclose your pet, we reserve the right to request that you pay a pet fee or vacate the premises. We do not have any fencing so please leash your pets as they may be tempted to explore or chase local deer. Enjoy the pool and the indoor hot tub safely. Children and teens should be closely supervised, particularly in the pool and hot tub. The indoor fireplace and the wood stove in the entry way are not operational. An outdoor fire pit is set up on the property's expansive and open front lawn. Please make sure all fires are completely extinguished and no food is left outside. We will advise if there are any burn bans in effect.
